What are the benefits of an air humidifier?

Where's my product?
After placing orders, we'll email you your tracking number once your product processes. Processing typically takes 1-3 days.
If it's been 1-3 days and you still don't have a tracking number, or if the tracking number you've received is invalid, please contact support.
How long does a filter last?
Filters are rated to last anywhere between 1-3 months depending on usage. Every humidifier comes included with 1 (one) filter.
We highly recommend choosing an option that includes filters when adding to the cart. You can add an additional 5 filters for $4.99, or an additional 20 filters for $9.99
What's your return policy?
If you receive a defective product, we have a 10-day 100% free return policy, no questions asked.
Pleas keep in mind we are a small business, and we are enduring these returns out-of-pocket to provide you with a risk-free experience.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is always free.
How long does shipping take?
We recommend allowing 2-3 weeks for shipping.
As is the case for most online stores, our products are shipping from our warehouse in China. However, we've worked to secure contracts with more premium warehouses, allowing us to deliver a 2-3 week shipping time, rather than 1-2 months as can be seen elsewhere.
What do I do if I receive a defective product?
Reach out to support. We'll try to fix the issue, as sometimes the issue is simply a faulty USB cable or the filter not being installed properly out of the box.
However, if we can't come to a resolution, and the product is truly defective, you'll be covered by our 100% free 10-day return policy.
I'm outside of the return window, but there's an issue with my product. What do I do?
We give you 10 days to return the product to us completely free. We feel that this is enough time to properly evaluate the humidifier for defects.
However, if an issue does arise after the 10-day window, we'll try to make it right. This will often be in the form of a heavy discount on a future order.
